Human Factors for Maintenance Engineers

Course Description:

A conventional classroom course introduces the Human Factors basic principles. The course is delivered in a modern technique in order to increase the trainees'' awareness about the human factors and how it affect the work environment.

 

Target Trainees:

All maintenance personnel, qualified aircraft technicians, engineers and mechanics involved in aircraft maintenance.

 

Objective:

To improve safety standards, reduce errors and prevent accidents.

 

Method of training:

Training can take place at the premises of JATS in Amman-QAIA, or at a location chosen by the customer suitable for the intended training. Knowledge transfer will be achieved by Stand-up instruction in the classroom, accompanied by training aids as data show projector and computer based presentations (CBT). Each participant will receive a training syllabus for personal use as well as to use during the course. Training requires a multimedia projector to be used by instructor.
