    JATS is known for its unique hospitality and customer care. In choosing for candidates to undergo extensive training at our facilities, we offer some of the most comprehensive services, making training at JATS a focused, worry-free experience.


    The JATS Customer Care Unit is available 24/7 and provides assistance from the moment you have chosen to enroll in a training course. As most entrants are strangers to a foreign country, we would like to make sure that all feel at home with our trained Customer Care agents assisting every step of the way.

    Services to consider:


    Meet & Greet

    - We can arrange to meet candidates airside and speed up their visa and entry procedure as well as luggage handling.



    - Visas are normally issued upon arrival at airport at a cost of JOD 20 (payment in local currency only).

    - Some nationalities will require a visa in advance and we can assist in these cases with advanced notice (please visit: for more details).



    - Our fleet of cars and busses are available 24/7 for your transportation free of charge between QAIA, JATS and your respective hotels.




    Hotel Accommodation

    - JATS has negotiated preferred rates with a number of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels and a few apartment suites for long stay in Amman. A complete list of hotels is available upon request, however, should you wish we can negotiate on your behalf with any hotel you choose.


    Sightseeing in Jordan

    - Each candidate receives upon arrival a JATS welcome pack detailing, among other things, a list of Things-To-Do while in Jordan. Should you wish to pre-plan your visit, kindly contact us and we will forward details to your address.
