"Safety comes first" is the motto of our instructors when they are working
with the trainees. Therefore, skilled and well-trained engineers and
technicians are always at hand to achieve the highest standard safety
objectives. |
Flight Crew Training
It is a fact in the aviation world that a safety conscious pilot means a safe
airline and JATS strategy is to avail the latest technology for its Flight
Crew Training Programs in order to insure that. Simulator Captains, Flight
Engineers and Ground School Instructors are recruited from ex-RJ senior
retired pilots with very long and extensive experience on the aircraft types
operated by RJ. Average flying time for instructors is around 20,000 hours.
The A310 and A320 simulators are JAR level D, Zero Flight Time standard, and
are approved by Jordan Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA), French DGAC and most
of the regional operators. Dry and Wet Simulator Training is available using
airlines own SOP's.
