The core of learning to fly

At the core of our hearts we always desire to aim high at achieving the highest measures of safety, service and technical training for your staff and consequently the total satisfaction your flyers seek when they choose to fly with you.

"Safety comes first" is the motto of our instructors when they are working with the trainees. Therefore, skilled and well-trained engineers and technicians are always at hand to achieve the highest standard safety objectives.

Our team is experienced in training and managing Cabin Crew for airlines worldwide including some of the worlds leading legacy carriers and the new breed of highly successful low cost airlines.

The department is split into two sections:

SEP and Cabin Safety

  • Safety training for Pilots and Cabin Crew

Cabin and Customer Service

  • Cabin Service and Customer Service training for Cabin Crew

  • Customer Service training for customer service staff, e.g. hospitality, retail

  • Development skills

SEP and Cabin Safety

Aircraft Specific Courses
We conduct SEP training for Pilots and Cabin Crew for Initial, Transition (Conversion) and Recurrent Training on the following aircraft types:

  • A340/330

  • A310

  • A320

  • Embraer 195

  • B727

  • B737/BBJ

  • B747

Presentations are state of the art and can be conducted in our new facility or at your home location and can be tailored to your specific drills and procedures.

Aviation First Aid
We conduct Aviation First Aid Training for Initial and Recurrent, including defibrillator training.

Crew Resource Management
Our instructors are JAR Ops CRMI’s and are approved to conduct CRM training.

Consultancy Services
Our team includes experienced managers and leaders in the airline industry. We can work as consultants with you to:

  • Redesign your Inflight or Cabin Crew Department

  • Manage your start-up or existing Inflight Department on an interim basis

  • Design competency based interview packages for all grades of crew

  • Create Cabin Crew appraisal systems
