Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth and promoting our aviation training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the aviation or a related industry, with a strong understanding of the training market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify and target potential clients, including airlines, aviation schools, and individual professionals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and industry events.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
Manage the sales and marketing budget.
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and training programs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing and 5 years in management ,preferably in the aviation industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong understanding of the aviation training market and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English.
